Personal Assistant is a private, single-user automation assistant that I run for myself on my own server. It is not a product, not a service, and it is not offered to other people.
It reads and drafts my email, manages my calendar, and organises my files so that I can operate those things through a chat interface instead of switching between apps. The application connects to Google APIs strictly on my behalf, using my own Google account.

This policy describes how the Personal Assistant application ("the app") accesses, uses, stores, and shares Google user data.
The app is used by exactly one person: its developer and sole operator, Vladislav Meshkorudny. There are no other users, no user accounts, no sign-up, and no third-party access. The only Google account the app ever connects to is the developer's own.
Using OAuth 2.0 authorisation granted by the account owner, the app accesses:

(spreadsheets).Data is used solely to carry out tasks the account owner asks for directly: summarising incoming mail, drafting and sending replies, checking and scheduling calendar events, and reading or updating the owner's own documents. The app performs no analytics, profiling, advertising, or automated decision-making about any person.
The app runs on a private server controlled by the developer. OAuth credentials are held encrypted at rest and are never committed to source control in readable form. Message and calendar contents are fetched from Google APIs when a task requires them and are not copied into any separate long-term database. Short-lived operational logs may transiently contain fragments of content and are confined to that same private server.
Google user data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own purposes. The app has no other users to share data with. Message text may be sent to a large language model provider strictly as part of fulfilling a request the owner made — for example, to summarise a thread or draft a reply — under that provider's terms, and never for training on the owner's data.
The app's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
The account owner can revoke the app's access at any time through Google Account permissions, which immediately invalidates its credentials. Stored tokens and any cached working data can be deleted from the server on request by the owner, who is also the sole data subject.

The Personal Assistant application is private software operated by its author for his own personal use. It is not offered to the public, and no other party is granted a licence to use it.
The software is provided on an "as is" basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Because the sole user and the sole operator are the same person, no service levels, support obligations, or user guarantees apply.
The operator may modify or discontinue the application at any time. Continued use of Google APIs by the application is subject to Google's own terms, and access may be revoked by the account owner at any moment.
